Flat roofs in Rotherham: the local picture

What we typically install in Rotherham

On a Rotherham terrace or semi we will usually strip the failed felt, check and repair the deck, add PIR insulation to bring the roof up to a warm-roof specification and weld a new single-ply membrane over it with purpose-made corners and trims at every abutment. Where the deck is sound and the height allows, an overlay avoids the strip-out altogether. For visible roofs we tend to specify a fully adhered membrane for a flat, flush finish; for larger and more exposed decks, mechanically fixed.
