Single-ply PVC is the premium flat-roof system — seamless, flexible and built to last 30–40+ years. It's what JLH does best, and the only membrane we install.
Single-ply is a high-performance waterproofing membrane laid in large, factory-quality sheets and joined by hot-air welding, which fuses the overlaps into one continuous, homogeneous skin. There are no felt laps to lift and no brittle resin to crack — just a clean, watertight surface with a design life measured in decades.
We install both mechanically-fixed and fully-adhered systems, specified to suit your building, its exposure and the finish you want. Every roof is fitted by manufacturer-trained roofers and backed by a 20-year workmanship warranty alongside the manufacturer's system guarantee.

How long does a single-ply roof last? +
A correctly installed single-ply PVC roof has a design life of 30–40+ years — well beyond felt or GRP.
Mechanically fixed or fully adhered — which do I need? +
It depends on the roof size, exposure and whether it’s on view. We recommend the right method at survey; larger/exposed roofs usually suit mechanical fixing, visible roofs suit adhered.
Can you install over my existing roof? +
Often yes — if the structure is sound, an overlay avoids a full strip-out. We’ll confirm at survey.
What guarantee do I get? +
